Where do you ship to?
Online orders are only available to domestic shipping addresses within the US including Alaska and Hawaii. If you have net terms, please call 800-486-6444 or email email@example.com to place your order. International orders are accepted by phone or email only. Some manufacturers prohibit us from selling internationally due to dealer territory agreements. Please contact your sales representative to inquire if such a restriction applies to your order.
How do you ship your orders?
For online orders, we ship via UPS or FedEx. To ensure safe delivery of your order, we request that FedEx and UPS obtain an adult signature at the time of delivery. Packages may be sent with no signature required under special circumstances. Please contact us directly by phone or email to request such arrangements .
If you prefer to use your own shipping account number, you can enter this information during checkout. Choose customer Fed Ex or UPS account as shipping method. Please supply your shipping account number and requested method of shipment in the order instructions box during order confirmation. For customers that will be in the central florida area "Store Pick-up" option is also available. Please contact us directly by phone or email if there are any special circumstances.
How do you calculate shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated using the current FedEx or UPS shipping calculators based on the destination, dimensions and weight of your order.
I want my order in one shipment. How do you handle this request if I’m ordering online?
Some items may not be available at time of purchase. Unless otherwise noted your order may be split into multiple shipments. There may be additional shipping charges associated with multiple shipments. Please advise us in the order instructions box if you would like your order to ship complete once all items are available.
How can I track an order that's been shipped?
Tracking information will be sent to the email provided at the time of purchase.
